Applications & leases. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or tenancy. All applicants are evaluated under our published screening criteria and applicable Washington landlord-tenant and fair housing law. Leases and management agreements govern the actual relationship between parties.
Intellectual property. The Rentals by Spivey name, logo, photography, and content are the property of Rentals by Spivey and may not be reused without permission.
