A complete, accurate application is the fastest path to approval. Tours are scheduled after acceptance, and co-signers are welcome. Here's what trips people up.

We score every application on our 9-point criteria below. Use the notes section for anything you'd like us to know.
The background check pulls directly from what you type — a typo in a name or date can cause a faulty report.
Incomplete applications can't be screened and cause delays. Finish every section before you submit.

Every application is scored against the same nine criteria. A perfect score is rare — we regularly approve 7s and 8s, so don't count yourself out.
Ties go to the earliest application. The only automatic disqualifier is a history of violent crime — a low credit score, collections, a past eviction, a pet, or smoking can lower a score but won't rule you out.
